White Topps IS for doggy people looking for a relaxed seaside retreat where dogs are REALLY welcome. We welcome all dogs, all breeds, all sizes and any number.
Dogs can relax in the large lounge and have been seen asleep on the sofa and they are welcome in the dining room. The main ethos of White Topps is that dogs should be happy and some are not happy left alone in a strange room. There have been up to 13 dogs, all behaving themselves, in the dining room while their owners eat.
Your dog can be left in the bedroom while you go shopping providing it is happy to be left and will not fret. For a dog that will sleep until theirs owners return it is better than being left in a hot car.
The Titchen family have six rescued dogs and work with dog rescue groups as well as supporting animal welfare campaigning.
Only 450 yards at the end of the road the beach is open to dogs all the year and along the cliff top is Hengistbury Head which is unrivalled for a longer walk . About 25 minutes drive will take you to the New Forest where you can spend a full day.
It is the family belief that dogs are important members of a truly civilised society.
Accommodation is exclusively for guests with dogs as we do not welcome dog haters and have had this policy for 26 years.
For safety reasons we do not accept bookings with young children.
